HOW IT WORKS

KDB utilizes a wet media-blasting system that works by mixing water and abrasive inside of a blast tank. By introducing water, we’re drastically increasing the mass and energy that the machine is putting out - all while eliminating dust. Not only will the blasting media hit the target harder but it will not disintegrate which results in a cloud of dust - similar to sandblasting.

In addition to the wet system, we have the capability to use our equipment for dry blasting. We can use many types of media like soda, walnut, coal slag, garnet, glass bead and sand which allows us the ability to remove mold, char and other "permanent" damages.
